There are some exercises such as frontal, lateral shoulder raises with the help of dumbbells, butterfly machines (peck decks), lat pull downs, etc. which can be helpful in such cases.
2. Various motions including pitching a ball, bench pressing, pushing, swimming strokes, etc. make a person use his/her pectoral muscles. You should always work on your entire body when it comes to body building and this means working evenly on all muscles instead of just putting pressure on you chest. While your chest will be the centerpiece, it is nothing alone. Train every part of your body at least once every week for best results. This will allow all your muscles enough time to recover as well. You will obviously be lifting heavy weights and on such occasions it is recommended that you give your body enough rest between workouts or you might hurt yourself. The best way of doing this is by working out particular sections of your body on every day of the week.
3. As far as your lower chest is concerned, the best exercise you can do is the bench press. This exercise should be at the core of your chest building workout. It will also help you gain significant upper body strength and muscles. You can make this exercise easier by pushing your feet on the floor & lifting yourself off the bench as well.
Some other exercises worth mentioning include curling and the incline dumbbell press. With all these exercises you will surely be able to build huge chest muscles in no time.
